Parent and Child Fostering Services Ltd (PACFS) is an independent fostering agency working in partnership with Local Authorities, parents, and carers to provide safe, nurturing, and high-quality family placements for babies, children, and young people.

PACFS is a privately owned limited company, registered in England (Company No. 7813869). We are fully registered and inspected under the Care Standards Act 2002 and operate in line with the Fostering Services Regulations 2011.
